Ashley is one of Patience and Buchan's two Partners.  Ashley is Accredited as a Specialist in Family Law, Child Law and as a Family Law Mediator.  Ashley is trained in Collaborative Law and a Family Law Arbiter.

Ashley started her career in a busy  High Street firm in Montrose undertaking a variety of litigation work.  She has specialised in Family Law with Patience and Buchan since 2011.

Law Society of Scotland; Family Law Association; Aberdeen Bar Association; Consensus Collaboration Scotland; Family Law Arbitration Group Scotland.

Ashley was educated in Aberdeen and studied at Aberdeen University.
