Antitrust: ECIJA Mexico has extensive experience in dealing with economic competition law, including authorization procedures and merger notifications, Monopolistic practices, non-competition agreements, investigations, barriers to entry and different types of procedures before the Federal Economic Competition Commission and the competent courts.
