The Santiago office's eight-strong corporate department, co-led by commercial law and M&A practitioner Alfredo Moreno and Dolores Echeverría (employment, commercial and IT law), acts for large Chile-based and international corporations, along with venture capital and private equity investors, on domestic and cross-border transactions; the group has particular expertise in innovation-driven sectors, such as technology, start-ups, clean energy, financial services and life sciences.
