Stefanie Samosny is a Senior Associate and member of the Financial Services, Investment Funds & Alternative Investments in Luther's Luxembourg office. She advises national and international clients, in particular German-speaking clients on corporate and regulatory aspects of fund structuring, fund set-up and the ongoing operation of regulated and unregulated vehicles.

Before joining Luther in 2022, she worked for several years in the regulatory and compliance advisory department of a Big Four in Luxembourg.

Stefanie was admitted to the Luxembourg Bar (Avocat liste IV au barreau de Luxembourg) and the German Bar in 2023.

Stefanie Samosny studied law at the University of Trier and completed her legal clerkship in the district court of Bonn. She spent part of her legal traineeship at renowned law firms in Cologne and Melbourne.
