Thierry Joseph is part of the Banking, Finance and Capital Markets, as well as the Financial Services, Investment Funds & Alternative Investments practice groups in Luxembourg. He advises on a broad range of finance and capital markets matters, providing tailored solutions to banks, investment firms, asset managers, and other financial institutions.

Prior to joining Luther, Thierry worked at a magic circle law firm and later at a boutique firm specialising in financial regulation. He also served as an external counsel to a mid-sized bank and to a Super ManCo.

Thierry is admitted to the Luxembourg bar as an Avocat à la Cour.

Thierry completed his studies at Sorbonne Law School (University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne) and the University of Luxembourg, followed by an LL.M. in International Financial Law from King’s College London.
