Capucine Falgareiro Douchet is a member of the Dispute Resolution practice of Luther’s Luxembourg office.
She focuses on advising local and international clients on civil, commercial and administrative litigations cases.

Prior to joining Luther, she worked more than two years in a Luxembourg law firm as dispute resolution and corporate lawyer.

Capucine was admitted to the Luxembourg Bar in 2024.

Capucine Falgareiro Douchet obtained a Master’s Degree in international and cross-border law from the University of Strasbourg. She holds a LL.M. degree in european and comparative law from the University of Freiburg (Germany) and from the University of Basel (Switzerland) and a Master’s degree from the University of Strasbourg.
