Yassine Bouzetit is an Associate and a member of the Banking, Finance and Capital Markets Practice of Luther’s Luxembourg office.

He focuses on a wide range of banking, finance and capital market matters. He has also gained sound experience in regulatory and corporate matters.

Prior to joining Luther in 2023, Yassine worked in the Legal department of a renowned consulting group in London as a Legal Manager and for American and French law firms in Paris.

Yassine was admitted to the Luxembourg Bar in 2024.

Yassine Bouzetit obtained a Master’s degree in Business Law and Financial Regulations from Paris-Dauphine University in addition to a Bachelor’s degree and a Master’s degree in Business Law in Paris II - Panthéon-Assas University.
