Hajar Assebbane is a member of the Corporate M&A Group of Luther’s Luxembourg office. She focuses on assisting and advising local and international clients on local and cross-border transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, restructuring projects, real estate transactions, financing and refinancing projects.

Prior to joining Luther, she worked more than 4 years in the Corporate M&A department of a Big Four in Luxembourg and the Corporate M&A department of a Luxembourg law firm.

Hajar was admitted to the Luxembourg Bar in 2021 (Avocat liste II).

Hajar Assebbane holds a Master’s degree (Master I) in private law (civil law and procedure) from the University of Metz.
