Elena Grigò is partner of Restructuring and Insolvency Department and of Banking and Finance Department of LMS Studio Legale.

With over fifteen years of legal practice, Elena has a significant experience on civil, banking and bankruptcy law, with a strong focus on assisting major banks and other financial institutions in complex restructuring and reorganisation matters also based on the previous and the updated tools for crisis and insolvency management.

Elena also advises clients active in different industries, including real estate, as well as on NPE transactions and distressed asset deals.

She regularly assists clients in financing transactions, including cross-border transactions.

Elena is also a prolific author of numerous articles on bankruptcy, banking and civil procedure, regular speaker at seminars and at courses for professional development.
