Reijnoud is a partner in Stek’s corporate group and has ample experience with M&A transactions. His expertise includes private equity and strategic deals in the mid-market/large corporates segment, both national as well as international (often in close cooperation with leading international law firms). Also, Reijnoud has a strong energy projects practice. He advised on a range of E&P, gas, heat, power and renewables projects, including geothermal, solar, wind and biomass projects.
