Ram Yamin is a partner in the firm’s Competition Law and Antitrust Department. Ram is regularly advising leading local and international companies in all areas of competition law. Ram, among other things, has extensive experience in representing players in the food and retail industries in Israel (including international firms), concerning all aspects of competition law and the Food Sector Law. Ram also has an extensive and unique expertise in representing players in the aviation and tourism industry.
Ram provides large companies, including multinational corporations, with ongoing advice in the field of competition law alongside legal advice focused on his clients’ ventures and initiatives. Legal advice is often provided in areas governed by regulation of other laws, such as food, aviation and retail. Ram also advises clients on implementing competition law compliance programs and represents them in Freedom of Information Act proceedings.
