Sixtine deals with all areas of corporate and commercial law and specialises in M&A, corporate law, business contracts and INPO related matters.   

With a background in both legal and management, she has a good understanding of corporate and financial aspects of transactions. She mainly specialises in corporate transactions, restructuring and matters related to non-profit organisations. 

She has particularly gained experience in structuring and transaction projects, both domestically and internationally, involving, among other things, the negotiation and drafting of term sheets, legal due diligence, share purchase agreements and shareholders' agreements.
