Hervé joined the Business Law department within PwC Legal in September 2023. 

Hervé has extensive experience advising clients on real estate matters. Due diligence on commercial centers, wind farms, retirement homes, etc., also among his areas of expertise. He assist on certain disputes and takes care of the drafting and negotiation of: (i) asset purchase agreements (sale and purchase, long-term lease, building right and usufruct) (ii) share purchase agreements (iii) real estate finance agreements (credit agreements, mortgage deeds, pledge agreements, …) (iv) construction agreements and lease agreements (vi) any other agreements and ancillary documentation customarily used in real estate transactions.
