Position
Nasia Gkouma is a partner of our Public Procurement practice.
Nasia focuses on public procurement, administrative law and general commercial law. She regularly advises international and domestic clients active in the implementation of large-scale projects involving private entities and State agencies; she guides and represents them through all stages of international tender procedures, including at litigation level and advises on all aspects of regulatory and administrative law matters. She is an expert lawyer in the fields of Healthcare and Pharmaceutical Law having advised leading market entities on a wide array of regulatory matters. Her experience includes day-to-day guidance of major companies active in the fields of pharmaceuticals and medical devices through an extended scope of public procurement procedures, providing assistance with the preparation of tenders and advice on any issues arising throughout procurement processes or the execution of ongoing contracts, as well as representation before administrative authorities and courts in the context of dispute resolution procedures.
She was admitted to the Athens Bar in 2007 and joined us in 2019.
Nasia is admitted before the Supreme Court.
