Albert Kusk

Anders Ørskov Melballe

Arly Carlquist
For more than 25 years, Arly Carlquist has worked with all types of IT agreements, including those regarding system development, outsourcing, distribution, consultants, and software licenses as well as all related legal and commercial matters. Additionally, Arly has significant experience with IP related matters, including protection, buying and selling, licensing (inbound/outbound), and enforcement of IP rights. Regarding regulations concerning copyrights, Arly maintains an updated knowledge of the development within both Denmark and the EU. In such matters, he has advised some of the world’s leading tech companies. In connection to Arly’s extensive insights in IT and IP law, he has continuously worked with related areas where experience with complex contractual issues is crucial. Bent Ramskov
Partner Bent Ramskov has for more than 25 years, since the beginning of his career, worked full time within the field of tax law. He is a specialist within tax law primarily focusing on corporate tax law. Bent's core competencies are advices on generational change, restructuring of both companies and personally run companies, including demerger, merger, company transformation, etc. Furthermore, he advices on clarifying tax issues and tax optimization for both individuals and companies. In his advice, Bent focuses on ensuring a fast, competent, and value-based solution for his clients. In addition, he provides tax advice on the transfer of assets of any kind, including valuation, tax liability advice, company law advice and advice from other advisors. Bent is also a part of DAHL Law Firm’s specialist group within property valuations, DAC6 and international tax law. Bent has the right to appear for the Supreme Court and regularly conduct tax cases in all instances on behalf of both private individuals and corporate clients. He regularly lectures several courses targeted other advisors, especially within tax law topics. Furthermore, Bent participates in a number of ERFA groups focusing on tax law and is the author of several books and articles on tax law topics. Bent is the head of DAHL Law Firm's department for Tax, Company Law and Private Client.
Birgitte Jørgensen
Birgitte Jørgensen works in insolvency law, including bankruptcy and restructuring, and has a PhD in the field. She also advises businesses and banks on finance law matters, in particular the different types of security and general loan financing. She is a certified insolvency lawyer and runs courses on restructuring, bankruptcy, business charges and other forms of charge. She is also head of the department of Restructuring and Insolvency.
Christina Nissen
Christina Nissen primarily handles litigation and arbitration cases of a commercial nature, including in particular M&A disputes, disputes concerning interpretation of contracts, defects, breach of contract etc. as well as insurance and compensation cases. As part of her work in conflict resolution, Christina has assisted many of DAHL's clients in negotiating solutions, also out of court, and in arbitration. Christina has previously worked extensively with insolvency proceedings and has conducted a number of avoidance cases and other bankruptcy-related cases before the Danish courts. In addition to dispute resolution, Christina also advises on family governance with a special focus on owner families and co-operation, including prevention of potential conflicts.
Claes Wildfang
Partner Claes Wildfang is an experienced litigator where his primary focus lies within IP (currently ranked in IP) and corporate matters. Furthermore, Claes has experience in cross border litigation in India, France, Germany, UK and USA as well in bound as out bound. His litigation experience ranges from the ordinary courts to arbitration. He has a long-standing relationship with the local university (Aarhus University), where he has taught international arbitration to the Vis Moot team for the past five years, and he has a strong grasp on different arbitration rules. Claes is appointed by the Danish Bar Association (Advokatnævnet) as one of the few lawyers to represent the Bar Association in litigation matters. He is a regular in the High Courts and Commercial and Maritime Court (a specialized court in IP and trade cases) and has to date tried 9 cases in the Supreme Court, to which he has held an admission since 2007. Finally, Claes is regularly appointed as an arbitrator in commercial disputes.
Frans Skovholm
Frans Skovholm works within the department of Corporate, Compliance & Business Excellence concentrating on contracts, compliance and risk management. Frans is specialised in working systematically with risk management and counseling in ISMS management systems including ISO 27001. Additionally, Frans works with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). He has helped several companies with the implementation of internal guidelines, ensuring that the requirements of GDPR are followed. Frans also organizes courses, after-work meetings and legal presentations about relevant subjects within his areas of expertise. He is thereby always updated on new legislation and legal practice.
Frederik Bruhn
Frederik Bruhn is a certified IT attorney under the Association of Danish IT Attorneys and has 20 years of experience with the contracts and ongoing legal challenges of IT businesses. He often assists suppliers of IT services in connection with outsourcing, project and acquisition agreements, licence agreements etc. and with the preparation of standard contracts for IT businesses. Frederik also provides legal services in relation to contract management, contract optimisation, purchasing of IT based companies (and other rights-based enterprises) and investments in these types of companies. Frederik has extensive experience with innovative enterprises with IT driven business concepts, and he is a part of DAHL’s fin-tech advisory team. Henning von Lillienskjold
Henning von Lillienskjold specialises in M&A, acquisition financing and general corporate law. He is appointed to the Association of Danish Law Firm's (Danske Advokater) specialist committee for corporate law. Henning von Lillienskjold has extensive experience in managing due diligence processes, structured processes and preparing and negotiating transaction documents. He has been involved in numerous cross-border transactions, public takeovers and some of the most complex Danish transactions. His work also includes fund regulations (AIFMD). Janus Skak Olufsen

Kim Ricken Jørgensen

Kristian Skovsgaard
Partner Kristian Skovsgaard specialises in construction law and has more than 10 years of experience. Kristian advises private businesses, technical consultants and public authorities on all aspects of construction and procurement. Additionally, he assists in the drafting and negotiation of contracts and has extensive experience in court and arbitration proceedings in the field of construction law. Mads Rossen Jakobsen
Partner Mads Rossen Jakobsen specialises in M&A and company law and is head of DAHL's M&A department. Mads Nygaard Madsen
Partner Mads Nygaard Madsen is a certified IT attorney and his specialisation in IT law has made him one of Denmark's leading attorneys in this area. He is a certified IT attorney. From 2017 to 2020, Mads was chairman of the association of Danish IT Attorneys.
