Felipe is partner of the Insurance and Reinsurance department in the Madrid office.

Felipe has over 15 years of experience advising (re)insurers, financial institutions, and investors on transactional and regulatory matters across Europe and Latin America. He specializes in M&A, bancassurance, portfolio transfers, and reinsurance, and regularly advises on insurance governance and compliance, including for insurtech and distributors.
