Jean Castelain

Corinne Hovnanian

Corinne Hovnanian is a partner of the firm since 2021. She advises French and foreign companies on the contractualisation of distribution networks. She has also developed a particular expertise in Supplier/Distributor relations and regularly leads training sessions and conferences for companies. Corinne also advises on the negotiation of contracts and the securing of commercial and advertising documents intended for consumers. As a mediator in inter-company disputes, trained by the CMAP, Corinne Hovnanian intervenes at the request of companies within the framework of mediation in order to reach an amicable settlement of their conflicts.

Christophe Jacomin

Lawyer since 1994, Christophe Jacomin is the partner in charge of the banking and finance departement of the firm. He is involved in both advisory and litigation matters related to financing, financial engineering, banking law and financial and insurance regulations. He advises credit institutions, financial institutions, insurance companies, debt funds, and lending investment funds, as well as large French or international corporate borrowers. He is involved in structuring, drafting, and negotiating documentation related to structured financing, project financing, renewable energy, infrastructure, acquisitions, commodities, real estate, and assets. He is involved in debt refinancing and restructuring, advising on derivatives (particularly in the fields of energy and commodities), bond issuances, documentary credits, international guarantees, portfolio debt sales, financial product marketing, and regulatory advice in banking and finance. Reginald Legenre

Réginald Legenre, partner, is a tax lawyer. He works closely with the Corporate department. He has acquired extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, restructuring of corporate groups, international taxation and assistance with tax audits. He regularly advises French and foreign groups on their complex and strategic tax issues.

Arnaud Levasseur

Arnaud Levasseur, who specializes in business law, has been a partner at the firm since January 2024. He primarily advises on private equity transactions (LBOs and growth capital) and mergers and acquisitions. He assists financial investors, industrial players, as well as entrepreneurs and managers with their strategic transactions, both in France and internationally.

Stéphane Micheli

Stéphane Micheli has been a partner of the firm since 1997. He specialises in family law and inheritance law. He also assists individuals and institutions in criminal business law, particularly in the context of Tracfin. Bertrand Pébrier

Bertrand Pébrier is a partner in the corporate department. He advises companies on a day-to-day basis in the course of their development, ranging from the acquisition of target companies to the restructuring of activities. He actively cooperates with the firm’s tax and social law as well as public law teams. He is highly experienced in contentious matters, whether in court or subject to arbitration. He supports his clients as early in the process as possible, including the preparation of pre-litigation strategies, and represents them during proceedings.

Louis-Romain Riché

Louis-Romain Riché, a recognized expert in civil, commercial and criminal business litigation, assists French and international companies (based in Switzerland, the United States, Luxembourg and Belgium) with all th eir issues relating to unfair competition, breach of contract and fraud. With over ten years' experience, Louis-Romain has also developed leading expertise in the management of estate litigation and international trusts on behalf of major French fortunes. He also provides strategic advice to investment funds during M&A and private equity negotiations.

Pierre-Yves Rossignol

Pierre-Yves Rossignol is a partner in the property and the insurance department.
