He specialises in litigation and arbitration proceedings. He offers his services to both french and international firms. His expertise is provided to clients from various economic and financial sectors (distributors, insurance companies, television, etc.), notably in arbitration and litigation. He is regularly appointed as chairman or a member of arbitration tribunals, and has also been appointed as a mediator.

He is a leading adviser in the sectors of intellectual property, copyright and media, and frequently counsels major clients in the publishing and media industries.

He was Secretary of the Conference in 1984.

He was then a member of the "Conseil de l'Ordre" of the Paris Bar from 1992 to 1994, then from 2012 to 2017.

He was a member of the "Conseil National des Barreaux" (2000-2002 / 2015-2017), of which he was Vice-Chairman (2010-2011).

He was the sponsor of the 2020-2021 class of the Executive MBA in Legal Intelligence.

He is a Knight of the National Order of the Legion of Honour, an Officer of the National Order of Merit and a Knight of the Order of Academic Palms.
