Position

Olivia Bernardeau-Paupe advises an international clientele, including American clients, in both advisory and contentious matters across all areas of intellectual property: trademarks, copyright, designs, domain names, and unfair competition.

She is particularly involved in complex issues relating to domestic and cross-border disputes, as well as in negotiating intellectual property agreements, in both standalone and transactional contexts.

Her experience spans a wide range of sectors, including consumer goods, life sciences (pharmaceuticals and medical devices), luxury (fashion and cosmetics), electronics (hardware and software), publishing, e-commerce, automotive, and finance.

Olivia is a member of APRAM, AAPI, AIPPI France, and the International Trademark Association.

Education

Admitted to the New York Bar in 2002 and the Paris Bar in 2003, she holds a Master’s degree in International Law from the University of Nice Sophia Antipolis (1996) and an LL.M. in Patent and Intellectual Property from George Washington University Law School (1999).
