Alexander Anderle has worked as a lawyer in Wels since 1991. After his doctorate in 1986 (Salzburg University), he worked as an associate at Wels District Court (insolvency department) and at law firms in Vienna and Upper Austria as part of his lawyer training.
Dr Alexander Anderle advises domestic and foreign companies as debtors and creditors on insolvency and restructuring law. In addition, he also works as an insolvency administrator. He has substantial experience in advising on corporate law and M&A transactions. In addition, Dr Anderle advises on corporate succession and the administration of estates. His responsibilities also include advising in connection with real estate transactions and the negotiation and formulation of contracts.
Alexander Anderle is also a lecturer in insolvency and restructuring law at Kufstein University and Danube University Krems and gives presentations on this topic.
