Lara Allmann is an Associate in Fieldfisher's Dusseldorf office and advises on all aspects of Corporate and Capital Market Law as well as M&A transactions.

A particular focus of her work for both national and international clients lies in board advisory. In this context, she advises on all key corporate law matters, in particular on stock corporation law, limited liability company and group law, as well as on compliance.

Lara Allmann advises our clients in German and English.

She studied law at the University of Münster and the Universidad de Autónoma in Madrid and completed her specialization in “Economics and Business”. She completed her legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Dusseldorf.
