Lucas Specht is an Associate at Fieldfisher’s Munich office and advises in the areas of Corporate Law, Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A), and Private Equity.

A particular focus is on advising on international transactions involving corporate acquisitions, joint ventures, and shareholding structures.

In addition, he advises companies and investors on acquisition financing, as well as in the FinTech and Life Sciences sectors.

Before joining Fieldfisher, he gained experience in the Corporate/M&A field at international law firms during his legal traineeship.

Lucas Specht advises our clients in German and English.

He studied law in Hamburg.
