Career

Hadiel is a Senior Associate in BSA LAW's Litigation practice, based in the firm’s DIFC office in Dubai.

After completing her Bachelor of Law degree from the prestigious University of Sorbonne, Hadiel joined BSA LAW's Litigation team in 2014. She specialises in handling litigation and alternative dispute resolution matters. In her current role, she has developed broad legal expertise across multiple areas, including real estate, rental, banking and finance, employment, construction, commercial disputes, and debt recovery.

Fluent in English, Arabic, and French, Hadiel liaises regularly with the legal departments of multinational companies. She consistently provides analytical and pragmatic legal advice tailored to each client’s specific needs, offering practical insights into the local legal landscape and regulatory frameworks.

Hadiel has successfully negotiated numerous settlements between disputing parties, provided strategic pre-litigation counsel, and developed bespoke dispute resolution strategies—always with a focus on avoiding litigation where possible.

In addition to her core practice, Hadiel has a strong interest in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). She has actively participated in pro bono legal clinics and contributed to the legal framework, internal policies, and corporate governance of a newly established national fund responsible for overseeing CSR practices and contributions in the UAE.
