Emil Andersson

Emil Andersson

Harvard Law School alumnus Emil Andersson works as an arbitrator and litigator specialising in national and international commercial disputes. He is Vice Chairman of the Board of the Swedish Bar Association. In recent years, Emil’s practice has focused on disputes involving construction, IP and tech, insurance, and non-contractual damages. Emil has extensive experience as an arbitrator under the SCC rules and in ad hoc arbitrations, as well as representing clients in complex civil cases. He lectures on contract law, mediation and negotiation techniques and is an author with Norstedts Juridik.

David Aversten is a partner in Delphi’s Transactions Department and specializes in mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions. David regularly advises domestic and international private equity funds and their portfolio companies as well as corporate clients. David has extensive experience from large cross-border transactions, across a wide range of industry sectors, including the Telecoms- Media and Technology, Energy & Infrastructure, and Healthcare. Henrik Bengtsson

Henrik Bengtsson

Henrik Bengtsson specialises in intellectual property and trade secrets law, advertising law, IT law, privacy and litigation within these areas. Martin Bogg

Martin Bogg has more than 10 years of experience in dispute resolution in general courts and litigation in administrative courts. He has particular experience in disputes concerning public contracts, review proceedings of public procurements and proceedings against supervisory authorities. Martin has been counsel in high-profile cases in both the European Court of Justice and the Supreme Administrative Court. Martin regularly assists the public sector and suppliers with strategic and legal advice on public procurement, public contracts (drafting, reviewing, negotiating) and public law, including municipal law, public access and confidentiality and administrative law. In addition to advising, he assists politically controlled organizations in need of external audits in conducting independent audits and investigations.
Sverker Bonde

Sverker Bonde

Sverker Bonde works in the dispute resolution practice group at Delphi. Sverker has significant experience as counsel for Swedish and international clients in domestic and international commercial arbitrations and before Swedish courts. The, often complex, disputes have included for instance disputes related to M&A, contract manufacturing, supply agreements, directors and advisors liability, liability insurance and product liability. Sverker also sits as arbitrator in domestic and international disputes. Sverker has a background in Delphi’s M&A practice group and continues to advise clients on general commercial contracts.

Mats Dahlberg

Mats Dahlberg focuses on equity capital markets and public and private M&A. He has advised on numerous IPOs, listings and dual listings, both domestic and cross-border, representing issuers, investment banks and institutional investors. His experience also includes M&A and buy-and-build transactions, public takeovers on both the buy- and sell-side, carve-outs, mergers, capital raisings such as rights issues, directed issues, bonds and MTNs, as well as alternative and pre-IPO investments and club deals.

Christian  Härdgård

Christian Härdgård

Christian Härdgård began his career at a construction company and by doing so he came in contact with a large amount of construction contracts and standard contracts used in the market. Christian has also worked at the County Administrative Board of Skåne as a procurement coordinator, assisting the organization in all types of procurement stages, such as contract monitoring and educating employees in public procurement. In addition, Christian worked with appeals of decisions under the Planning and Building Act and the Environmental Code. After the provincial government Christian was working at the Administrative Court in Malmö with all the trials of contracts based LOU, LUF and LOV. He also worked with other types of appeals against authority, such as decisions regarding video surveillance and serving permits.

Erica  Nobel

Erica Nobel

Erica Nobel has a background as lawyer at the City of Malmö. Thereafter she has been working at law firms, advising cities and companies regarding development issues and application for permits, as well as issues regarding ongoing operations and maintenance. Erica has worked with environmental issues in Sweden since the Environmental Code was adopted and thus she has a comprehensive experience regarding Swedish and European environmental law. Today Erica f.i. advises large infrastructural companies (often partly municipally owned), cities, energy companies and heavy industries. She also assists clients with outsourcing and business-critical IT deliveries. Elisabeth Werner’s main area of practice is issues concerning environmental law and real estate. As an attorney she assist Swedish as well as International medium-sized and large companies. She has vast experience from permit proceedings in municipalities, county administrative boards and courts concerning environmentally hazardous businesses i.a. wind turbines, water enterprises, various pit and quarry operations. She has also vast experience regarding sale and acquisition of real estate.
