Position
Agne Lindberg specializes in Tech law, telecommunications, data privacy, and intellectual property. His expertise covers IT contracts, outsourcing deals (both cross-border and domestic), e-commerce, fintech, data privacy, cybersecurity, AI, IT governance, and IT contract disputes. With over 30 years of experience, he is recognized as one of Sweden’s leading technology lawyers.
His clients range from startups to world-leading IT and telecommunications corporations, as well as public and private organizations. Agne has served as a member of the Swedish IT Commission’s IT Law Observatory (established by the Swedish government), on the board of the Swedish IT Law Organization (and as an honorary member), and on the Legal Council of the Swedish IT Organization – Sweden’s main trade organization in the sector.
He also co-chaired the Subcommittee on International Transactions within the American Bar Association’s Committee on the Law of Cyberspace.
He currently serves on the board of TechLaw, an international network of specialist law firms spanning more than 25 countries. Agne is a sought-after speaker on topics including IT contracts, IT M&A, outsourcing, cybersecurity, and data protection, and has authored numerous books and articles in these areas.
