Elisabeth Eklund is one of Sweden’s leading competition lawyers – ranked as a leading expert by Chambers, Legal 500 and Lexology.
Elisabeth delivers results in complex cartel and abuse investigations and merger control proceedings in the EU and Sweden. She also proactively protects companies in dawn raids and by establishing compliance programmes.

In life sciences, she handles everything from pricing & reimbursement cases and marketing law to CE marking.

Elisabeth also has extensive court experience and, in addition to life sciences, provides strategic advice in areas such as telecoms, energy and transport.

Elisabeth represents Sweden in the International Competition Network (ICN) and is Vice Chair of the ICC Competition Reference Group. She is a guest lecturer at Stockholm University and a popular speaker at conferences.
