David Aversten is a partner in Delphi’s Transactions Department and specializes in mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions. David regularly advises domestic and international private equity funds and their portfolio companies as well as corporate clients. David has extensive experience from large cross-border transactions, across a wide range of industry sectors, including the Telecoms- Media and Technology, Energy & Infrastructure, and Healthcare.
