Advokatfirman Delphi’s team has broad competence spanning public takeovers, acquisitions, divestments, spin-offs, reorganisations, and carve-outs, particularly in the Nordic mid-market space. Michael Juhlin in Stockholm has experience advising companies, private equity firms, and financial institutions. Gothenburg-based Christoffer Mangelus is noted particularly for his experience in carve-outs.
