Sofie has experience advising companies and creditors on financial restructuring, protection of creditor interests, and other insolvency issues, including enforcement. She is regularly appointed by Oslo City Court as a liquidator/trustee in bankruptcy cases. Additionally, Sofie is part of the firm’s Commercial Real Estate practice, where she handles transactions, lease agreements, and provides general assistance to property owners. Previously, Sofie worked as a deputy judge with Oslo Byfogdembete (now Oslo City Court), specializing in bankruptcy/insolvency cases, legal enforcement, and provisional security cases. Sofie is ranked first in the “up and coming” category for Restructuring and Bankruptcy Law in Finansavisen’s lawyer survey for the year 2023.
