Christian E. Bonnesen primarily works with mergers and acquisitions, including real estate transactions. Christian has been legal advisor in several transactions on behalf of both buyers and sellers. Additionally Christian has significant experience within insolvency law and reconstruction, and has in this context undertaken the handling of several bankruptcies and company restructurings. Furthermore Christian advises a number of national and international companies on legal matters within general corporate law.
