Before he joined the firm, António Sampaio Caramelo acted as a solo practitioner and as member of small law firms, advising several companies and public entities on numerous significant projects and transactions. After joining the firm, he was involved in several large infrastructure and industrial projects.

Former Visiting Arbitration Professor at Nova University Law School in Lisbon (2005-2007). Member of the Board of the Laboratory of Alternative Dispute Resolution of the Nova University Law School.
