Marie Robin specializes in stock market litigation and financial regulation particularly for fintech financial intermediairies. She has acquired a significant expertise in financial litigation through her previous experience in the financial litigation, regulatory and criminal business law departments of international law firms.

A leading lawyer for European crowdfunding platforms and private club deals, Marie advises European crowdfunding platforms, as well as various stakeholders from the 2.0 and 3.0 finance sectors.

She assists her clients both at the advisory and litigation stages, the latter being divided in two distinct stages: 1) the preliminary (amicable) stage with the Autorité des Marchés Financiers and 2) the actual litigation, which starts when the Autorité des Marchés Financiers initiates administrative proceedings (such as investigations) against her clients.

Since 2018, Marie has been an independent director of a company listed on Euronext. And since 2022, she has been a director of a famous Fintech.

Marie is regularly asked to share her expertise at fintech events (The Place to Crowd, France FinTech Revolution, Financement Participatif France).
