Peter is a property consultant with Holmes.  He joined the firm in 2024 when OCWM Law merged with Holmes.

Peter represents high net worth individuals from various sectors including residential developers, landlords, publicans and medical and dental professionals.  He has a wealth of experience dealing with high value, complex property transactions.

Peter leverages his substantial experience and expertise to provide a client focused and solution driven service and fully understands clients’ needs across a range of issues.   He also deals with landlord and tenant disputes, real estate planning disputes and estate planning, including succession planning for family businesses.  Peter has expertise acting for the executors of high value estates in the sale of assets in several jurisdictions.
