Oscar Wik advises on international and domestic tax structuring, other transaction-related tax matters as well as tax disputes

Oscar Wik has broad experience from tax structuring in various types of transactions, including e.g. M&A, private equity, real estate, energy and infrastructure as well as financing and other reorganizations.

He also regularly works with corporate tax planning and incentive schemes, as well as advance tax ruling proceedings and tax disputes.

Prior to joining Dittmar & Indrenius Oscar has gained experience by working with tax matters at a major auditing firm.
