Marnix has 25 years of experience as counsel on dozens of major disputes in international arbitration and litigation across many sectors. He acts as a trusted advisor to clients on their arbitration and cross border litigation challenges. Since 2010, Marnix has been recognised by the major legal guides as a leading arbitration and litigation practitioner in the Netherlands, and he is the only Dutch lawyer ranked by Chambers in Band 1 for both arbitration and litigation.
