Federico’s practice focuses on financial markets. He advises leading corporate clients and banks on national and international deals involving equity capital market transactions (i.e., IPOs, share capital increases, institutional placements, treasury share buy-back programmes) and debt capital markets transactions (i.e., bond issuances of convertible financial instruments and hybrids issuances, as well as “liability management” transactions), as well as corporate finance and public M&A (i.e., public purchase bids and public exchange offers).
