Position

Since 2005 Ludovica is working in the banking and structured finance sectors advising leading Italian and international banks and investment funds acting as arrangers or originators.
Developing a broad and solid experience in a wide range of banking and finance transactions, in the last years Ludovica focused on securitization transactions of performing mortgage residential and commercial receivables, trade receivables, public receivables and non performing receivables, with a particular emphasis on multi originators transactions and STS transactions (Simple, Transparent and Standardised Securitisations).
