Career

David Rowan is Head of A&L Goodbody’s Corporate and M&A group in Belfast.  David is an experienced corporate and commercial lawyer with a transactional practice focusing on public and private mergers and acquisitions, leveraged and management buyouts, group reorganisations, strategic investments, venture capital investments, joint ventures/partnerships and commercial contracts.  He has acted for businesses in a variety of sectors including insurance, media, financial services, food production, investment funds, healthcare, retail and IT.  Prior to joining A&L Goodbody David worked in the London office of a leading US law firm and he is a qualified solicitor in Northern Ireland and in England and Wales.
