Pryor Cashman partners Michael Campoli, Robert deBrauwere, and Michael P. Dunworth, along with Taylor Weinstein assisted with the creation of a joint venture, Muserk V.I.D., which is described as a new artificial intelligence technology-driven media management agency intended to combat the piracy of Japanese video and music content worldwide. Muserk V.I.D. is a new entity formed between Muserk, a global rights music and video management agency, and Video Research, leading Japanese marketing, and media research company.

Reporter Chris Eggertson of Billboard, who covered the deal, noted that:

[The] venture “will service, manage and protect the online rights of the major broadcasters, networks, and production companies of Japan, around the world,” according to a release announcing the deal. Through the partnership with Muserk, Video Research – which provides marketing, media, and TV audience research for leading media firms and advertisers in Japan – will utilize Muserk's AI technologies, M-Match and M-PAC, to manage and protect its clients' online video rights.
