Dispute resolution

Logan Sabapathy & Co’s dispute resolution department centres on Logan’s practice as counsel, assisted by his juniors. Logan’s work covers all areas of commercial law, with a particular focus on complex commercial and corporate disputes. Over the years, he has acted for clients in a broad range of cases with multi-millions in dispute. Some of these cases include shareholders’ disputes, directors’ duties, competition law proceedings, breach of trust and long-term contractual disputes. Logan currently practises largely in the High Court and the appellate courts, and in arbitration proceedings. He also regularly advises clients on securities laws, joint ventures, corporate recovery and investment disputes.
