  • Advised Super Group (SGHC) Limited and its subsidiaries on its public listing on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) following the successful completion of its US$4.75 billion business combination with Sports Entertainment Acquisition Corp., an NYSE-listed special purpose acquisition company (SPAC).
  • Advised Scape Living plc on the acquisition (alongside a JV partner) of GCP Student Living plc by way of a scheme of arrangement. This transaction amounted to a reverse takeover of the Issuer and the admission of 7,245,343 additional shares to listing on the Official List of The International Stock Exchange with total shares listed being 9,498,754 ordinary shares of £1 each.
  • Advised global private investment firm Starwood Capital Group (Starwood) on the acquisition by a Starwood controlled affiliate of the remaining share capital of RDI REIT P.L.C. (RDI REIT) for approximately £467.9 million.
