Mourant‘s ’proactive and responsive’ group advises on matters across the spectrum of debt and equity transactions, overseeing matters ranging from the listing on TISE of notes to IPOs and secondary offerings and securitisation of various assets. The team is spearheaded by John Rochester, who handles financing transactions for notable listed funds, with Darren Bacon advising a number of private equity funds on their capital markets activity, including the acquisition of listed targets. Frances Watson provides listing expertise, including in relation to funds, and is also adept at assisting those clients on their transactions.
