  • Advised Maillis Group, a portfolio company of H.I.G. Capital LLC, on the redemption of its outstanding indebtedness of approximately €92m under a super senior bond programme and a senior bond programme, both issued by M.J Maillis S.A. and guaranteed by Maillis Group’s subsidiaries.
  • Acted for HSBC Bank Plc’s Greek branch in 16 lawsuits brought before the Greek courts, deriving from investments made by clients of HSBC, who invested a total amount of around €5m in SNS bonds.
  • Advised HSBC UK Bank plc in relation to an amendment and restatement agreement entered into with Upstream S.A. and Mobi Cube S.A, as co-guarantors, supplementing and amending a UK law secured revolving credit facility agreement, which HSBC agreed to make available to Upstream.
