Lambadarios Law Firm’s banking and finance practice covers project, acquisition, energy, infrastructure and transport financing. The team is jointly led by Constantinos Lambadarios, Prokopis Dimitriadis, and Konstantina Siozou. Lambadarios focuses on banking clients, advising on regulatory compliance, cross-border transactions and PPPs. Dimitriadis heads the banking and finance team, with expertise in structured and project finance, corporate bonds and credit facilities. Siozou handles capital markets and project finance, particularly due diligence and transport infrastructure deals for domestic banks. The team was recently bolstered by the arrival of Stamatis Kotsiras from Watson Farley & Williams – Greek Branch in March 2025. Other key team members include Katerina Gini and Christina Kyrgialani.
