BCTG Avocats further strengthened its practice in early 2023 through the hire of commercial litigator and criminal law expert Antoine Beauquier, who joined from his own boutique firm and can handle a range of commercial and corporate litigation. He co-heads the practice alongside Diane Mouratoglou and Augustin Nicolle, who regularly manage product liability and commercial disputes in relation to the renewable energy sector.
Charles Russell Speechlys strengthened its offering in this area following the arrival of Frédéric Dereux (ex Gowling WLG) in 2024, particularly in the automotive sector. He joins a team that includes commercial litigator and arbitrator Frédéric Jeannin and Simon Le Wita.
Dentons relaunched its commercial and corporate litigation practice at the end of 2022 after hiring litigator Matthieu Ollivry, who joined as a partner. The team also includes of counsel Claire Picard.

Watson Farley & Williams LLP launched its dispute resolution practice in the summer of 2022 following the arrival of Franck Poindessault.
