Acting for Free Mobile before the Paris Court of Appeal in the follow-up to a first-instance ruling in which the Paris Commercial Court ordered Bouygues Telecom to pay €308 million in damages for misleading commercial practices that deceived consumers.
Acting for Total Direct Energie in a litigation against EDF to obtain the recognition of its right to activate the hardship clause (force majeure) in its contract for regulated access to historical nuclear electricity during the Covid-19 pandemic, and to obtain compensation for damages.
