Freshfields LLP is retained by multinationals as well as leading French and international companies (spanning the retail, TMT, pharmaceutical and automotive industries), financial institutions and investment banks to manage their most sensitive matters. The practice covers a high diversity of disputes, ranging from commercial litigation to regulatory and mass consumer and toxic claims. It also regularly acts in post M&A disputes and regularly represents banks and financial institutions in financial and banking disputes.
