Representing two investment companies in a dispute against the court-appointed administrators of a company specialised in logistics and international transport, following the judicial sale and deprivation of assets of a leading company operating in the mining and civil engineering sectors in DRC.
Acting for a shareholder in a company specialized in hydraulic activity, in view of pursuing a civil liability lawsuit against the company’s main shareholder and chairman, as well as, possibly, the director of the company, for selling the company’s hydraulic business at an undervalued price of 12.8 million euros, without shareholder consent.
