Signature Litigation AARPI is the place to go for high-stakes civil tort, civil liability damages, product recall and product liability cases. The firm handles a prominent caseload in that area with many leading industrial French and international companies, notably specialising in the car, pharmaceutical, cosmetics and electronics industries, turning to the team for their most sensitive matters. The practice has extensive experience managing mass proceedings, class actions and product recall situations. The team is also retained to handle high-profile commercial and ESG proceedings, while its range of expertise also extends to corporate and shareholders’ conflicts. The practice is co-headed by star partner Thomas Rouhette and Sylvie Gallage-Alwis. Also involved are Jérémie Fierville, Ela Barda and Laurent Martinet (who joined from Paul Hastings LLP in July 2025).
