Position

Has a developing practice across chambers’ core areas, with a particular focus on construction, insurance, property damage and product liability. He is regularly instructed to provide advice and representation in the Small Claims Track and Fast Track, both at first instance and on appeal, and as part of a team of barristers in the Multi-Track. Recent instructions include providing advice in respect of a construction adjudication and acting (led) for the defendant in a multi-million pound accountant’s negligence claim. In appropriate cases he provides advice or representation pro bono as part of the Bar’s Advocate scheme.
